Reviews decide seller rank for selling same products. For a single products, there are thousands of sellers. So rating & reviews decide, which seller will get first rank if user search for products.
Suppose, if seller gets consistently bad reviews on products or ratings, Amazon will show that products to lesser audience by lowering down their rank.
The short answer is usually NO.
I know there is the chance that as someone buys the Dehumidifier, they also buy a PS4 and TV, etc which I would also get paid out on, but even then we would be better off being an affiliate elsewhere.
